RETURNS

Please email us ([email protected]) with the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return. You will be issued with a return goods authorization (RGA) number.

Please note the following before returning items:

Where the items are not faulty -

  • A restocking fee of 15% applies to the total value of the goods being returned for credit.
  • Items being exchanged will not be subject to a restocking fee but may incur return freight charges.
  • Returned items must be received within 14 days of our issuance of an RGA number.
  • Items will not be accepted for return after 30 days from delivery
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused.
  • Items repackaged or used will not be accepted for return.
  • Return shipping is at your cost.
  • No returns custom print or special orders.
  • The freight portion of the invoice will not be credited on returned merchandise.

Where the items are suspected to be faulty -

  • Faulty items must be returned as soon as the fault is suspected and you should contact us immediately to arrange return or inspection & collection, at our option.
  • Defective items will be credited, repaired or replaced at our option unless the fault is considered a major one under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • The product does not have to be in its original packaging, but we are entitled to ask for some form of proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
  • If we confirm the product is faulty, then we will reimburse you for any reasonable return costs you have already paid upon proof of payment.
  • If we find that the product does not have a problem, we may require you to pay the collection and inspection costs. If so, we will give you a reasonable estimate of these costs before collecting the product from you.
  • To be a warranty claim, the fault cannot be caused by mis-use or neglect of the item.
  • Any applicable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law apply and we will respect them.
